It is the client’s responsibility to protect trees, wooden fence posts, liter downspouts drains, etc., as they can become damaged by the string trimmer. Before we leave, we blow debris off all hardscapes (driveway, sidewalks, patios)

Bigger Jobs for first time customers must pay for service in advance, After the first service payments are due when job is complete or within 5 business days from billed invoice, if payment is still not received within 10 days of the date of invoice, a late fee of $25 is added to the outstanding balance. A surcharge of $35 plus related bank fees will be charged for checks returned due to insufficient funds.

Property Access – Gated Properties with locked gates must remain unlocked for the full day of your scheduled service. If you prefer not to unlock your gate, please provide us with a key or password so the we may gain access.

Pets & Yard Debris – Please keep your pets inside while we are servicing your property. Please have all pet droppings, bones, toys, large rocks, etc., picked up before our arrival.

Service Days – We generally works Monday thru Friday, and strives to mow the same day each week. Numerous factors can affect our schedule, therefore we cannot guarantee a specific time of day for each service. Please do not water your lawn the day before, or the day you are scheduled, as this may contribute to difficult mowing conditions and create poor quality of mowing as the grass lays down.

Rain/Weather Delays – We do mow in light rain or after the rain lightens up. Should you think that it is too wet to mow, please contact us to skip that day. If we have determined that the conditions are too wet to allow a proper mowing, then you can expect us to service your property later that day if the rain subsides or on the day or two following.

Schedule Changes & Skips – We try to accomodate any scheduling changes you desire. If for any reason, you need to re-schedule, cancel, or skip a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you have requested a skip service, your service will continue the next week as usual. We will not decide whether your yard needs to be cut, so you will need to call or email us to cancel or skip a scheduled mowing.

Service Cancellations – Our goal is customer satisfaction. You may cancel your service at anytime. Neither party is obligated to continue service, unless under contract and the agreement states otherwise.
